We are looking for an employee (f/m/d) to support us in the production area.
You will support us in the area of surface treatment as well as in the production and cleaning of medical products.
Who are we?
As Meotec GmbH, we spun off from RWTH Aachen University over ten years ago as a start-up and are now a young and dynamic company with approx. 30 employees, which has set itself the goal of bringing innovative material concepts for medical technology quickly and safely into use. Our most important technologies include resorbable implants made of magnesium or zinc alloys as well as high-strength titanium alloys, which are further processed into (resorbable) implants such as bone screws and plates through to meshes or vascular prostheses (stents). In order to be able to implement our innovations quickly and agilely, we build on fully integrated value chains, in which we cover everything in-house, from casting and forming our alloys to manufacturing, surface modification and packaging in the clean room.
Your tasks?
You are part of the production team and support the diverse processes involved in the manufacture of medical products.
– Your main tasks are the surface treatment, cleaning and packaging of medical devices.
– Visual inspection and working with work instructions are your central tasks.
– You will support the R&D team with individual activities.
What you should bring with you?
– Technical understanding
– Knowledge of MS Office
– Ability to work in a team
– High level of self-motivation, independence and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new processes
– Good knowledge of German
– Knowledge of English is an advantage

Technical requirement
Advanced knowledge: Microsoft Office, surface treatment, finishing, production, manufacturing, technical understanding.
